Pickup times/ locations are subject to change due to our overtime schedule. It will be announced each week via Instagram and the website front page. Generally- Pick up will be in El Portal at the community hall Saturdays 5:30-6:30pm. For the Valley, also Saturdays 8am-10am at degnan’s deli in a white ford. We have refrigeration.
If we get enough traction in the Valley, we are open to hand delivering. Stay tuned.

We are currently only offering hand delivery to EP but we ARE having a pick-up location in the valley on Saturdays. Please see the above FAQ question.

We open ordering all day on Thursdays and close at midnight. This allows us to purchase fresh ingredients and prepare your meals for the upcoming week.

Most meals can be reheated in the microwave for 1–3 minutes. Specific reheating instructions are included when needed.

We do our best to accommodate simple requests. Contact us via email or Instagram before our ordering day to discuss any dietary needs or ingredient preferences/ nutritional goals.

We prepare our meals with real appetites in mind. Each meal includes a balanced combination of protein, vegetables, and wholesome sides, creating a satisfying lunch or dinner that keeps you fueled without feeling overly heavy. If you’d like exact weights, reach out when ordering. We can provide nutritional labels upon request.

Most websites charge transaction fees that would come out of our (or your) pockets and we’d prefer to not do that.

Every Sierra y Sazón meal is prepared fresh in small batches using quality ingredients and generous portions. We handle the planning, shopping (we all know it can be far), cooking, and cleanup so you don't have to. Our goal is to provide the convenience of takeout with the quality and care of a home-cooked meal.

Probably! But many of our customers aren't paying to avoid cooking forever—they're paying to save time during busy weeks. We provide the convenience of having fresh meals ready when life gets hectic.

We’d like to see if we have a customer base before renting out a commercial kitchen or getting a trailer. We provide meals out of our homes for our friends and neighbors, this is just a new step in the same direction
